On Saturday, April 27, the Armand-Frappier Foundation team was on-site at the Scotiabank Charity Challenge to cheer on its runners. Professors and students from the Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie Research Center, as well as valuable partners, put on their running shoes to raise funds for the advancement of scientific research.

The announcement of the start of the 2019 Scotiabank Charity Challenge was made in the rain and cold. This race allows different organizations to don their colours and raise funds for their cause.

For this 2019 edition of the challenge, the teams of Coréalis Pharma and Ropack were back in force to run alongside us and support the mission of the Armand-Frappier Foundation. The students of the Congrès Armand-Frappier, as well as Prof. Yves St-Pierre, Program Director for the Apprentis en bioscience program, were also present and motivated to run for their project! We were also very pleased to welcome this year for the first time Mr. Luc Reny, President of the Armand-Frappier Foundation. Surrounded by a team of colleagues, our President has been actively involved in this fund-raising event.

$ 24 098 were raised with this challenge!
